Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in outpatient care, providing essential support in patient rehabilitation. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments following established plans under supervision. Progress patients safely through treatment levels. Consult with supervising therapists on patient progress and condition changes. Document treatment and interactions per policies. Educate patients and families on home programs and activities. Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the rehab team. Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and clinic culture.
