Assistant Manager in Training: Shiloh Crossing Location

Jersey Mike's is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Training for our Shiloh Crossing location in Billings, MT!

We're looking for energetic, reliable leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Pay:

• Training (first 8-12 weeks): $20.00/hour (includes tips)
• Fully Trained AGM:
  $21.50/hour (includes tips) + EBITDA bonus

Requirements:

• 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• ServSafe Manager Certification (during training)
• Strong communication, leadership & POS/computer skills
• Flexible schedule; able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations and support the GM
• Manage schedules, inventory, and team performance
• Coach and train team members
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle opening/closing and key holder duties
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and drive sales
