Looking for an exciting way to get involved at CCM while gaining administrative and event management experience? We're hiring Operations and Scheduling Assistants for the upcoming academic year and we're encouraging qualified, enthusiastic students to apply early! This is an ideal role for students interested in the performing arts, live events, or arts administration. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and offers flexible hours (including nights and weekends). What You'll Do

• House Management (Evenings/Weekends): Be the face of CCM performances! Assist patrons, scan tickets, distribute programs, manage volunteer ushers, and ensure the front-of-house runs smoothly. You're the first responder for audience needs and an on-site problem solver.
• Stage Management (Evenings/Weekends): Support our performances behind the scenes! Run basic lighting and sound cues, move instruments and concert equipment, and coordinate directly with performers. A great role for students with a knack for logistics and attention to detail.
• Operations (Varied Shifts: MorningEvening, 7 Days/Week): Help open/close venues, monitor CCM buildings, set up rehearsal rooms, assist with building maintenance, and provide facility access. Perfect for those who like to stay active and organized.
• Scheduling Office (Weekdays 8:30am4pm): Work the front desk and assist with scheduling rehearsal spaces, answering emails, helping with recital bookings, locker inquiries, and more. This is a great fit for students with strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.

Job Details

• Time Commitment: 1015 hours per week
• Shifts Available: MondaySunday, 8:30am11:30pm * evening/weekend availability a must.
• Pay: $11.25/hour (new hires)
