Senior Business Analyst - Active Top Secret Required

Participate in requirements gathering and analysis activities Plan and organize development of required system documentation Prepare and deliver written and oral communications Develop training materials Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects Perform activity and data modeling Develop modern business methods and identify best practices Create and assess performance measurements Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer Analyze and document business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies Develop functional requirements and data elements for complex integrated ADP systems Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis, and workflow analysis Prepare government and industry research technical documentation and standards Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, demonstrations, and retrospectives Manage Agile artifacts, including product backlog and scrum notes Requirements 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in a software development environment Demonstrated professional experience analyzing and documenting business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies Technical writing and documentation experience pertaining to any aspect of automatic data processing Active Top Secret clearance required Candidate must obtain SCI prior to starting Ability to function in a general office environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Business Analysis with a focus on analyzing and documenting business processes and software development requirements.
