Residential Lead HVAC Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential Lead HVAC Installer to oversee high-quality heating and cooling system installations in single-family homes. In this role, you will lead install crews, set up and start new systems, verify performance, and ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and customer expectations. You’ll mentor junior installers, coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and communicate clearly with homeowners.
