Youth Employment Supervisor

Description Seasonal, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position $20.00 per hour, 25 hours per week Basic Function of Youth Employment Supervisor Responsible for the Youth Employment Program at assigned volunteer work sites. Monitors meaningful work activities at volunteer work sites. May mediate issues between the volunteer site and youth participants as necessary. Responsibilities Supervises youth participants at volunteer sites as assigned. Ensure cooperation and compliance of all participating participants. Responsible for monitoring volunteer worksite to ensure agreement with worksite agreement. Maintain accurate attendance records of the youth participants. Ensure accuracy of youth payroll including time sheets and volunteer worksite supervisor agreement. Pickup weekly youth participant timesheets. Deliver to youth participants biweekly paychecks in accordance with NOI policy. Other related duties as assigned. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Recreation. Experience Two to Four years of experience in education or recreation programs or similar combination of education and experience. Job Skills Excellent oral communication skills.
