Location: Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital that provides a full range of services to the southern Miami‑Dade County community. Patient focus: This practice will serve adult patients only. Responsibilities Management of preventive and proactive patient care, chronic disease management, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient‑centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment. MD/DO from an accredited institution, with an active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date) and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Residency training in accredited programs: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine. Benefits Compensation commensurate with training and experience.
