Now hiring immediate opening Join a busy, well-established primary care clinic in Cleburne, TX. Work alongside an experienced physician and a strong clinical team in a provider-focused environment where your time and skills are respected.

Compensation & Benefits

$120,000 $130,000 base salary
Production bonuses (earn more based on performance)
Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO + paid holidays, 401(k), malpractice coverage

Schedule (Work-Life Balance!)

Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM (light rotation)
No nights | predictable schedule

Position Highlights

Outpatient primary care only (no hospital work)
Established patient base hit the ground running
Supportive staff focus on patient care, not admin burden
Autonomy with physician support when needed

Requirements

Nurse practitioner (FNP) or physician assistant (PA-C)
Active Texas license
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Background in family practice, urgent care, or internal medicine
