Responsibilities Support and manage industry‑changing projects. Work with a team to deliver challenging construction projects, interacting with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage project documentation. Track vendor RFPs, conduct weekly meetings, and develop the scope and schedule of assigned projects. Collaborate to create an energized, client‑focused environment, delivering consistent, high‑quality work and managing minor renovation projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred). 3+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management. Proficiency in project management technology tools and a willingness to continually develop technical skills. Strong decision‑making skills, ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to diversity, support and teamwork. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation Estimated compensation: 115,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year. Benefits 401(k) plan with matching company contributions.
