MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR – KBHS Job Summary Base salary range: $14.43 to $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, realtors, and home builders through direct and indirect contact, outside of the primary office location. Explain the products to potential partners and clients. Secure and maintain partnerships with partners and clients through ongoing contact and customer support. Assist clients in securing a loan by explaining the process, lending requirements, and available products. Take loan applications in accordance with company and lending requirements.
