Associate Corporate Counsel, Products Legal - AWS

Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented attorney to help support Amazon’s internal technology sourcing teams and other IT teams. This position is on the Products Legal team within Amazon Web Services. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business to innovate and scale quickly. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements (including hosted services agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, and other commercial contracts); - Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies, and overseeing privacy, regulatory and contractual compliance.
