Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Rad/CT Technologist) Location: Winnebago, NE Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule / Shift: Overnights, 12 hour shifts, 7 on, 7 off. Job Description: The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Rad/CT Technologist) is responsible for receiving patients, explaining methods and procedures, positioning patients, selecting and setting technical factors, and making necessary exposures for requested radiologic procedures. This role requires close monitoring of patients' vital signs and collaboration with medical personnel to assess patient needs and resolve issues. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of radiographic examinations with thorough attention to detail. Demonstrate knowledge of radiographic exposure techniques and radiation protection standards. Calculate correct exposure factors and control image quality through effective patient positioning and equipment use. Carry out digital radiology duties including image management in PACS. Maintain and troubleshoot radiology IT equipment and archives. Support departmental operations by requisitioning supplies and participating in staff meetings. Maintain records of patient workload and examinations performed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field along with 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist. 1-2 years of CT training and experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Why ARMStaffing?
