Role Overview

Join our healthcare organization as a Lead Registered Nurse in the Labor & Delivery department. In this capacity, you will utilize your vast experience and leadership abilities to deliver outstanding care and support to both patients and team members. Your proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring and team leadership will be crucial in upholding the highest care standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts.
• Implement advanced fetal monitoring techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant certifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse is essential.
• Certifications needed: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (obtained within the last 2 years).
