$45-$60/hour (all inclusive)

Guided by our core values of  Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapeutic care that helps individuals achieve the highest level of independence in their daily activities.

Responsibilities for Occupational Therapist:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify challenges in performing activities of daily living.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.

• Help patients relearn or adapt skills needed for daily living, including self-care, work, school, or leisure activities.

• Recommend, train, and educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Collaborate with families, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.

• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care.

Qualifications for Occupational Therapist:

• A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of  Virginia .

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Strong ability to assess, analyze, and utilize clinical data to support effective decision-making and performance improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
