Real Estate Finance Attorney

Job Description
A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate with 2 to 7 years of experience to join its growing Nashville office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate finance transactions within a highly regarded national practice, with strong mentorship and long-term career progression.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Represent lenders, borrowers, servicers, and institutional clients in complex commercial real estate finance transactions \n
- Draft, review and negotiate loan documents, intercreditor agreements and other transaction documents \n
- Manage transactions from inception through closing, coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, title companies and other deal parties \n
- Advise clients on structuring, strategic and commercial considerations across a range of real estate finance matters \n
- Handle acquisition financing, refinancing, construction loans, mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and CMBS transactions across diverse asset classes \n
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal service \n
Ideal Background

- 2 to 7 years of experience handling commercial real estate finance matters \n
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers or institutional investors in sophisticated financing transactions \n
- Exposure to CMBS, construction lending, acquisition financing, or other complex real estate finance matters is advantageous \n
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills \n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative transactional environment \n
- Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management ability \n
