Job Summary ASC Global is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Associate to play a pivotal role in our logistics and inventory management processes. This is a hands-on position that blends physical warehouse tasks (shipping, receiving, and material handling) with critical administrative responsibilities (documentation, system updates, and cross-departmental coordination). The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting, pays meticulous attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are at the core of this role. Key Responsibilities 1. Shipping & Receiving Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Verify contents against packing lists, inspect goods for damage, and repackage items as needed. Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs documentation for domestic/international shipments. Coordinate with freight carriers and internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies. 2. Inventory & Facility Management Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations to maintain accuracy. Organize storage areas for optimal space utilization and easy retrieval of components. Assist with facility upkeep, including minor repairs, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse tools (training provided if needed). 3. Data Entry & Documentation Update inventory logs and order statuses in QuickBooks, ERP systems, or warehouse management software. Maintain records of shipments, returns, and damaged goods for compliance and reporting. Support administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and report generation. Work closely with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to prioritize urgent orders. Communicate proactively about stock levels, delays, or potential issues. Adhere to ASC Global’s safety protocols and contribute to a clean, hazard-free workspace. Qualifications & Skills Required: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or facility operations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, data entry); familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems is a plus . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—errors in shipping or inventory can be costly!
