Job Description

• Assists the Marketing Operations team in managing daily support activities for product and AT&T sellers.
• Must be proficient in typing and Office 365 and possess a penchant for learning new products and systems quickly while working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate processes and expectations effectively via phone and email; as well as manage and enforce the procedural protocols.
• Interacts with Mobile Security vendors and assists field sellers with product information, pricing, and contracting so tact and diplomacy are important.
• Reviews and prioritizes incoming tickets and able to troubleshoot systems and conflict efficiently and autonomously.
• May perform work on special projects involving research, compiling and analyzing data, determining approach, and preparing reports.
• Capable of managing a variety of duties and learn multiple processes and systems within AT&T, such as pricing, customer research, proposals, contracts, ordering and processing.
