We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our apartment community The Debra Metrowest in Orlando, FL.

AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

• You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
• Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
• Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
• Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
• Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
• 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community.
• Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
• Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need) to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended.

What You Will Do

• Follow AIR's sales process by promptly following up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting engaging community tours, communicating the value of The Debra Metrowest, and helping prospects find the right apartment home.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals by maintaining a strong prospect pipeline, following through on commitments, and confidently guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to other communities within the AIR portfolio as business needs arise.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts that generate awareness, attract qualified prospects, and support occupancy goals.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

What You Have

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
