As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.Job responsibilitiesExecutes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsDevelops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersIdentifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systemsDesigns and delivers backend services and automation pipelines supporting critical initiatives.Leads evaluation sessions with product owners and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architectureAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience in coding Java Spring BootMasters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProven track record delivering in regulated enterprise environmentsProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of coding experiencePrior large-scale financial services engineering experienceExperience in Cloud based solutions ( AWS )Experience in AI/ML , Generative AI solutions, Agentic Engineering. Familiarity in Risk and Resiliency domains.
