Description Du Poste
Vos missions principales :
- Satisfaire les demandes de nos clients
- Traiter des dossiers maritime imports dans l'intgralit des oprations selon les rgles du commerce et du transport international
- Communiquer auprs des clients, du rseau et des transporteurs
- Comprendre et respecter les procdures internes et externes
- S'intgrer la culture de notre entreprise
Qualifications
Exprience de 3 5 ans souhaite sur un poste similaire ; nanmoins, les profils expriments mais dbutants dans notre secteur d'activit sont bienvenus.
Une exprience l'tranger est apprcie.
Anglais impratif.
Connaissance du secteur de la logistique internationale et comprhension des processus documentaires en import maritime.
Bonne matrise des outils informatiques (ex. : MS Excel, MS Word).
Excellentes comptences organisationnelles et grande rigueur.
Capacit d'coute et esprit d'quipe avrs.
Forte apptence pour le service client.
