As a Community Health Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Community Assessment: Review county health data to identify needs and guide public health activitiesProgram Development: Create initiatives based on protocols, guidelines, and community prioritiesHealth Monitoring: Track communicable diseases and enter data into state health systemsPublic Education: Provide information on health topics to support community awarenessOutreach Services: Offer case management and support to individuals and targeted groupsClinical Care: Deliver immunizations and conduct disease-related specimen collection according to guidelinesInterested in learning more?
