Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description Airtron is seeking a driven Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and guide a team of 7–8 associates. This is a hands‑on leadership role designed for someone ready to step into Supervisor-level responsibilities, with a structured development period to build leadership skills and operational ownership. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate team workflow Assign and prioritize work to maintain productivity and efficiency Stay hands‑on with picking, staging, and organization Train and support team members to build a high‑performing team Ensure accuracy in materials, inventory, and inbound deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑first environment Troubleshoot inventory and operational issues as they arise What We’re Looking For 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Valid driver’s license Strong communication and leadership potential Ability to work overtime as needed Benefits Clear path to Warehouse Supervisor Hands‑on leadership experience from day one Stable, growing company in the HVAC industry Pay Range $26‑28/hr Airtron is an equal opportunity employer.
