You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our property owners, gaining demonstrable skills in client management, data systems, and strategic communication.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Homeowner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with individual homeowners through proactive outreach (meetings, home visits, and functions) and consistent follow-up.

• Professional Communication: Master verbal, written, and digital communication in a professional setting. 

• Problem Solving & Resolution: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot complex owner issues and complaints, turning potential friction points into long-term loyalty.

• Database & Data Management: Utilize and update industry-standard database applications to accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records.

• Team Support & Project Planning: Assist with assigned, strategic projects that require planning, coordination, and advanced knowledge of internal programs.

Schedule Note: Working weekends is required. Ideally, two consecutive days off will be scheduled during the week.
