One Strong Community...Join Our Growing Team!Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Crew Leader to join our team and play a key role in supporting our mission of creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this important leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of custodial staff working at various contract sites, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance duties are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in compliance with agency and client expectations.As a Custodial Crew Leader, you will supervise daily operations, provide hands-on support and training, and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. You will also coordinate staff schedules, transport crew members to work sites, and maintain accurate records of services provided, time worked, and supplies used.
