Forno is Italian for oven. Our custom wood-burning oven is the centerpiece of our kitchen and provides inspiration for many of the items on the menu. Our Neapolitan style pizzas cook at over 900 degrees with a thin crust and natural char in only 90 seconds!We are looking for energetic, friendly individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our Team!A server assistant's primary role is to help servers and provide good dining experience for guests. Their responsibilities include:Setting tables: Set tables with the right silverware, glassware, and dishesRefilling drinks: Refill drinks and clear empty glasses as neededClearing tables: Clear dirty dishes and glasses from tablesResetting tables: Prepare tables for the next guestsRunning food: Run food to tables in a timely mannerGreeting guest: Greet guests and provide them with menus as neededStocking supplies: Ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shiftCommunicating: Communicate effectively with the FOH and BOH to ensure timely serviceAssisting with special needs: Respond to any special needs and requests quickly, and relay them to the server or manager, if necessaryServer assistants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, and possess organizational skills. They should also be able to adapt in a changing environment. They should also be able to lift 50+ lbs. and be on their feet for 4+ hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
