POSITION OVERVIEWWe are currently seeking a dependable, motivated Janitorial Support Tech to join our growing field operations team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple customer sites. As a Support Tech, your main focus will be filling coverage gaps, executing specialized deep-cleaning assignments, assisting on-site leads during peak workloads, and maintaining strict sanitation standards across all assigned accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.
Travel between designated client locations within your region to provide flexible, on-demand staffing coverage.
Operate specialized commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffer machines, carpet extractors).
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory at field sites and report reorder needs to the Area Manager.
Inspect completed spaces to verify adherence to Clean Team's strict quality assurance guidelines.
Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests or special project tasks assigned by leadership.
Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties efficiently and complete assigned task lists without direct, on-site supervision.
Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctual daily habits, and reliable personal transportation to navigate between site assignments.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 35-50 lbs, and comfortably perform routine physical tasks throughout your shift.
Positive Mindset: A proactive, constructive attitude focused on team success, adaptability, and customer-first service excellence.
Experience: Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial service, or custodial support is preferred, but we will train candidates who exhibit a strong work ethic.
