We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full time, Permanent Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, staff training, and development, as well as the implementation and supervision of treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to a staff of approximately 20+ BCBA's and RBT's, promoting ongoing professional development. Conduct performance evaluations of clinical staff, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating training and development opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of coordinated, integrated services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field of behavior analysis, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the industry. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Lead the clinical team in achieving key performance indicators and service delivery goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners. Participate in the strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. BCBA certification in good standing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical/center- based setting Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong track record of team management and development. Must have experience in early intervention (2-7 years old) Hands-on experience with moderate to severe (Level 3 ASD) Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
