Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Warehouse Inventory Clerk – PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support evening operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse operations and customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate tracking of inventory and finished goods within warehouse systems Process and verify transactions related to receiving, stocking, and shipping Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and exceptions Support order fulfillment through system updates and documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding order status and issues Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track, analyze, and report operational data Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Schedule 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PM Shift) #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
