Join Our Team as a Bartender at Ruby 360 Lodge!

Are you passionate about mixology and creating memorable guest experiences? Ruby 360 Lodge, nestled in the breathtaking Lamoille, NV, is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! With stunning 360-degree views of the Ruby Mountains and Lamoille Valley, our lodge offers a one-of-a-kind setting for both guests and staff. As a bartender at Ruby 360 Lodge, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Engaging with guests to provide outstanding customer service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Accurately managing bar tabs and ensuring proper handling of payments.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to the Lodge Manager.
• Assisting with end-of-night clean-up, including dining room, silverware, and bar glassware.
• Stocking the bar each night before departure to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhering to food handling and safety regulations to maintain health standards.
• Managing all bar products, including garnishes and mixers, and collaborating with the Head Chef on Sysco orders.
• Updating the bar menu and verifying/updating menu costs and prices.
• Transporting alcohol deliveries from the delivery point in Lamoille to Ruby 360 Lodge.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of proven bartending experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Management experience with skills in staff training, conflict resolution, and adherence to employer rules and local alcohol laws.
• Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• A passion for mixology and attention to detail to craft exceptional beverages.

This position bartends from 3 PM to close (usually 9:30–10 PM) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Pay: $19–$21/hour + pooled gratuity.
