What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in our Residential and PHP programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and the clinical team to support individualized care.
• Administer, monitor, and document medications in accordance with Alsana policies.
• Complete nursing assessments, obtain vital signs, perform phlebotomy, and provide basic medical care.
• Support client admissions, medication reconciliation, and discharge planning.
• Assist with physician visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in meal support and nutrition-related activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Alabama.
• Diploma, ADN, or BSN required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Behavioral health, eating disorder, residential, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
