Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to Outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding any issues in the outpatient setting. Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and families to maximise patient outcomes and to ensure patients are processed proficiently and expediently Serves as resource to team members and to provide training to improve team member competency and enhance level of service Participates in quality improvement initiatives and reviews and shares any performance deficiencies with management Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Licensure: RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. Experience : 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience. Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
