Four positions are available, serving multiple elementary and middle schools within a welcoming educational community located near Anoka, MN. This is an on-site only role, designed for professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional development.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field required
- Current, valid Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) Tier 3 or Tier 4 license in School Psychology is essential
- Experience collaborating across multiple schools and supporting elementary and/or middle-grade students preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, individualized education plans (IEPs), and crisis intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for consultations with students, parents, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for student support plans
- Collaborate closely with school teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, MTSS, and behavioral interventions
- Provide individual and group counseling as needed within the school setting
- Partner with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments and address student needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality
