What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care for medical/surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and hospital policies

What You Need

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations
