Here are some of our perks:(10) Paid HolidaysPaid vacation, sick time, personal and wellness timeMedical, dental, and vision insurance for those who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per weekPet insurance, legal support, and other supplemental insuranceA generous tuition reimbursement program403(b) retirement planCompetitive wages and more...You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:Building trusting relationships with potential clubhouse members through shared experiences and empathetic understandingShare personal recovery stories to inspire hope and empowerment.Participate in outreach, creating informational materials, media posts, and other outreach materials.Collaborate with members and staff in the daily operation of the clubhouse units.Facilitate and participate in clubhouse work, including vocational and social activities.Support members in accessing community resources and services.Work with members to develop resumes, prepare for interviews, and navigate job searches when requested.Collaborate with the employment team to enhance transitional and supported employment programs.Advocate for the rights and preferences of clubhouse members and the broader community.Contribute to educational initiatives by sharing personal experiences and insights.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.REQUIRED EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSCertified Recovery Peer Specialists (CPS) in good standingQualifications include:• Lived experience with mental illness and a commitment to recovery.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a non-hierarchical manner.• Understand of and commitment to the clubhouse model• Willingness to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays.• Adherence to Clubhouse International standards and philosophy• Participation in clubhouse training as required.WORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.This position is in-person and requires working occasional weekends (Saturdays) and major holidays.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.
