You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Truly enjoy spending time with children Can engage confidently with infants, toddlers, and kids Build trust quickly with both children and parents Are reliable, communicative, and caring Spanish‑speaking is a plus! Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Prior childcare experience (infant experience preferred) At least 1 full weekday available Monday-Friday Reliable transportation (suburb sitters must have personal vehicle) Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – we help!)
