Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor network connectivity and speed
• Go on-site if there is a critical situation
• Remote troubleshooting of network and systems issues
• Lead and partake in incident response
• Perform a root cause analysis, and escalate to the engineering team when needed
• Report to the Network Operations Senior Manager

Must-Haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Support role

Experience troubleshooting

• Cisco routing and switching
• Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
• VMware

Good-to-haves

• Familiarity of HA concepts and technology
