Job Description Our ABA and Special Instruction Home-based Therapists work with our dynamic team of Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists to serve children aged 0‑3 that have developmental delays. Children in our program receive 1:1 highly individualized ABA instruction with goals that are child‑specific based on thorough assessment, ongoing data collection, and data‑driven decision making. Methods include applied verbal behavior, discrete trial instruction, and an emphasis on embedded coaching. Qualifications NY Licensed Physical Therapist Preferred But Not Required DOH Approval Experience working in Early Intervention Can provide ongoing services Bilingual with proficiencies in Spanish and English Compensation W2 rate: $55 per 30 minute session 1099 rate: $60‑65 per 30 minute session Job Benefits Competitive rates Completely digital session notes, progress reports, and data collection Support network of interdisciplinary therapists Supervision and support from our BCBA Home Services Supervisor About You A passionate and energetic State‑certified therapist or Clinical Fellow with a background in Early Intervention or behavioral therapies.
