RN – Med Surg – Travel

Key responsibilities of the RN – Med Surg – Travel include:

• Administer chemotherapy and perform blood product transfusions
• Conduct CHG baths and central line care, including dressing changes
• Access and manage mediports, PICCs, and central lines for lab draws

Requirements of the RN – Med Surg – Travel include:

• Active TX RN License (Temporary License not accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 5+ years of experience with Med-Surg/Tele and Oncology
• Experience with mediports, PICCs, and central lines
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system preferred
