• Experience: Prior neonatal inpatient experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Perform daytime rounding and assessments on low-acuity neonatal patients in the NICU
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Conduct procedures such as lumbar punctures, arterial line placements, and chest tube management
• Assist with airway management and intubation as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
• Support the unit's ongoing neonatal care operations during scheduled weeks
• Provide patient-focused, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting

What You Need

Required:

• Active or IMLC license
• DEA certification
• Board-certified in Neonatology or relevant specialty
• BLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of neonatal inpatient experience
• Proven procedural skills including lumbar punctures, arterial lines, chest tubes, airway management

Preferred:

• Experience supporting lower-acuity NICU patients
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
