Sales Associate (Front Desk/ Membership Sales)

Sales Associate
StretchLab is seeking a motivated, friendly, and sales-driven Sales Associate to help grow our Torrance studio. We help people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching, and were looking for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a great first impression.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, strong in customer service, and excited to be part of a fun, energetic wellness environment.
Compensation
- $18$22 per hour, based on experience
- Commission on membership sales
- Performance bonuses

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage members and guests in a professional, upbeat way
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support membership sales
- Provide information and help convert prospects into members
- Answer membership questions and book appointments
- Support retention by delivering excellent customer service
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and studio cleanliness
- Participate in local community outreach and events
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales-minded and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and coachable
- Professional phone, in-person, and email communication
- Basic computer skills; ClubReady experience is a plus
- Prior sales, front desk, fitness, or wellness experience preferred
