Store Manager Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Purpose: The Store Manager oversees all operational functions of the assigned store, ensuring strong business performance and compliance with company policies. This role requires effective leadership, sound judgment and the ability to work independently while maintaining a safe, productive and well-managed environment for all team members and consumers.

Essential Duties include but not limited to:

• Oversee all operational functions of the assigned store.
• Interview candidates and collaborate with Human Resources on all aspects of engagement, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Determine, publish, and manage bi-weekly work, meal and rest period schedules.
• Develop and implement sales and account-management strategies and provide relevant training for team members.
• Ensure all point-of-sale transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with established policies, procedures or rules.
