Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Perform hand soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
Assemble and solder electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.
Identify and correct soldering defects and assembly issues.
Use hand tools, soldering equipment, microscopes, and other production equipment as required.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
Communicate quality or production concerns with supervisors and quality personnel.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience with PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly required .
Experience with hand soldering electronic components.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
IPC certification or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
