Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is seeking compassionate, licensed mental health professionals to join our growing School-Based Mental Health Program serving elementary school students through our partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a 1099 Contractual role. What You'll Do

As a member of our School-Based Mental Health team, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to elementary school students in the school setting, with telehealth services provided when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain the required minimum weekly billable service expectation while delivering quality, client-centered care.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Identify additional service needs and coordinate referrals for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychiatric rehabilitation services (PRP), or other community resources when appropriate.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, teachers, school personnel, and multidisciplinary treatment providers to support student success.
• Participate in individual supervision, group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations and organizational policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the School-Based Program.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland license in good standing:
  • LMSW
  • LCSW-C
  • LGPC
  • LCPC
  • LCMFT
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete federal and state background checks.
• Professional liability insurance (or ability to obtain upon hire).
