Cardiovascular Intensive Care RNWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Cardiovascular ICU setting. Candidates must possess a current RN license and hold BLS and ACLS certifications through the AHA. Experience with open-heart recovery is preferred. This position may require floating to like units as needed and possibly down to Progressive Care Units. The nurse-to-patient ratio varies, being 1:1 or 1:2 on the ICU side and 1:3 or 1:4 on the step-down side. The unit utilizes EPIC charting and requires proficiency with Pyxis. Scrubs are required in the color Caribbean Blue. Mandatory attendance for orientation is required.
