Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Utilize your clinical expertise to provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, to clients recovering in our detox program. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments, integrating input from clients, family members, and other care providers. \n
- Lead recruitment events for interns and trainees, ensuring meticulous coordination and promotion of educational opportunities. \n
- Oversee the documentation process for interns and trainees, ensuring compliance with university requirements and state regulations. \n
- Facilitate impactful training workshops for interns, integrating current federal, state, and county regulatory updates into the curriculum. \n
- Conduct performance evaluations for interns, contributing to their professional growth and aligning their contributions with organizational goals. \n
- Maintain rigorous documentation practices by ensuring that all client and intern records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. \n
- Engage in the quality assurance process, monitoring compliance with policies and procedures to ensure superior service delivery. \n
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case developments, providing consultation and support to cultivate a cohesive treatment approach. \n
- Ensure the clinical area is conducive to client care, addressing maintenance or safety concerns promptly. \n
- Manage the intern recruitment and onboarding process to align with the agency's strategic goals. \n

Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
