Position Overview: This role is based out of a Macy's shop, providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers while representing our brand within the Macy's environment. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. * Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement. * Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively. * Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service. * Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance.
