Overnight Teleradiology Opportunity – High Compensation + Exceptional Schedule Job ID: M485 Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates preferred) Schedule: 7 Nights On / 14 Nights Off Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiologist to join a well-established and growing teleradiology team. This overnight position offers an outstanding work-life balance with a highly desirable 7 on / 14 off schedule, allowing for extended time off while maintaining a strong income. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside other experienced overnight radiologists, ensuring consistent support and manageable workflow throughout your shift. Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: $550,000 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 Productivity Bonus: Up to $50,000 (beginning Year 2) Additional Income: Internal moonlighting opportunities available Benefits Package Comprehensive health insurance (family coverage included) 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution totaling up to approximately $70,000 annually, plus match Malpractice insurance fully covered Disability insurance provided Annual expense account: $12,000 (CME, licensing, etc.) Clinical Responsibilities Interpret approximately 140 cases per night Case mix includes: 35–40% CT scans General X-ray studies Ultrasound Occasional MRI Provide accurate, timely reads in a fast-paced but well-supported environment Collaborate with overnight team members to ensure quality and efficiency Work Environment Fully remote, work-from-home setup Robust IT infrastructure and support Team-based approach with multiple radiologists on shift Efficient workflow designed to optimize productivity and reduce burnout Ideal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology Comfortable with high-volume overnight workflow Strong diagnostic skills across multiple modalities Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting Active or eligible for state medical licenses Why This Opportunity?
