Pay or shift range: $60,000 USD to $71,500 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team Manage complex calendars, priorities, and logistics with foresight and precision Coordinate and support Board and executive meetings, including materials, documentation, and follow-up Serve as a central liaison across departments and with external stakeholders Coordinate executive travel, communications, and correspondence Prepare and manage contracts and executive-level documents, including coordination with legal partners Maintain confidential records, policies, and organizational documentation Support audits, governance activities, and key organizational initiatives Who You Are Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex organization Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment Polished written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Experience supporting governance, contracts, or legal documentation preferred We Hire for HEART!
