Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Driver in Frazeysburg OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a retail location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and respond professionally to situations as they arise. This driving post requires a valid drivers license and armed guard card or license. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork integrity and Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and caring culture.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and retail personnel while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas entrances stock rooms parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity policy violations hazards and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
