Marketing Manager

About the Role

DACUT is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across our retail locations and house brands. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, promotional campaigns, digital content, vendor partnerships, and customer engagement while ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-onsomeone who can develop marketing campaigns while also rolling up their sleeves to ensure promotions launch accurately, on time, and drive measurable results.

Essential Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage retail marketing campaigns across all dispensary locations.
• Develop promotional calendars and coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with company objectives and brand standards.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Digital Marketing & Content Management
• Oversee website content, promotional pages, banners, and digital assets.
• Manage Weedmaps, Dutchie, and other online platforms to ensure menus, promotions, and branding remain accurate and current.
• Coordinate email marketing, SMS campaigns, and push notifications.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before publication.

Brand Management

• Maintain consistency across all DACUT retail locations and house brands.
• Collaborate with creative teams on signage, digital ads, promotional materials, packaging, and in-store displays.
• Ensure all customer-facing content reflects the company's voice and visual identity.

Vendor & Retail Marketing

• Coordinate vendor promotions, vendor days, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Build relationships with brand partners to maximize promotional support.
• Ensure stores receive all marketing materials needed for promotions and events.
• Support grand openings, product launches, and community events.

Project Management & Operations

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with retail operations, purchasing, sales, and leadership to execute campaigns successfully.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and promotional schedules.
• Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms to organize workflows.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Track key marketing metrics including campaign performance, customer engagement, and promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, retail marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, Weedmaps, Dutchie, or similar marketing platforms.
• Experience managing websites and digital content.
• Cannabis, retail, CPG, or hospitality marketing experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating vendor partnerships and promotional events.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
